I was wondering if anyone out there was running headers on their Buick powered waggys. If you are, where did you get them? Will headers for a Skylark work?
Also does anyone know about body armor for wagoneers. Also looking for aluminum diamond plate door panels.
First off, welcome to the board alex.t, fair amount of Buick 350 folks here but I do not recall anyone running headers, could be wrong though.
We have a little Buick 350 email list going, do a search for the post and you're more than welcome to hop on the list.
oops, found it...

My engine is out right now, but next week I'm re-installing and adding headers. I got them from TA Performance. $269. I anticipated a problem with clearance at diff. etc.. I am fully prepared to modify as needed. I will let everyone know how it goes.
Kid,
Did you get the shorties from T/A Preformance or the car headers?

Shorties weren't available except for the big blocks. I went with the standard headers they offered. They said they didn't think fitting to a wag. would be a problem. I was prepared to fabricate my own, so if I have to modify a little I am way ahead. I should have my block back next week, so we'll know then how it all fits.
