I just received the twin stick shifter for my D20. I ordered directly from JBFab because I needed the shifters extended to compensate for my body lift. Anyway, Jon (owner/machinist) is a great guy to work with. We exchanged probably a dozen emails before I committed to the purchase and he was very patient, answered all my questions. I paid on Friday and had the shifter at my door the following Tuesday. I had some questions about shifting configurations and generic install stuff. Jon called right away and answered all my questions. He offered up his cell phone number and encouraged me to call anytime with additional questions. Really a great guy to work with and a great looking product:thumbsup:

I love my JBFab twin sticks. Had a little trouble with getting the boot to fit but they helped me right out, turned out I had them adjusted wrong the whole time. Great product and great customer service.

Nice to see an atta boy thread. A long range customer service business plan is what's going to make or break non corp enterprises. Good to hear about the good guys out there.

I'm very pleased with mine as well, there a local company to boot. I had a question also, when I called, he picked up and was quick to answer my question.

Just stumbled onthis thread, and had to post up.

Great feedback, wetake all comments seriously, and they considered as we make improvements andadjustments to our products.

An old guy told meonce "your customers will always tell you what they want, you just have tolisten".

Wheel safe!

I bought one for d20 I can't wait to play with it. Glad to hear they rock. I'm doing lift but did not consider issues with it. What was wrong that had to be modified??

I posted pics of it installed in my build thread. I bought mine with a 3" extension to compensate for the 3" body lift my Glad came with. I won't be able to use the supplied boots as is and I had to trim the trans tunnel slightly because the throw of the shifters is so great. I bought and installed knowing this would be the case as Jon was pretty straight forward. Regardless, I'm very happy with the upgrade:thumbsup:
