hope somebody can help with this as I am kinda stumped. Truck loads up when started cold, found that choke plate was closing fully so i tried adjusting the vac pulloff, made no difference. tried adj choke spring, no difference, if I crack the butterfly by hand truck runs good and high idle warmup works fine. Also after truck starts to warm up a bit it hesitates hard and will fall on its face unless I feather the gas, this lasts until full warmup where it gets much better but truck still feels low on get up and go. sorry for so much but it all started at once! Any ideas?
Thanks.

what year truck? what model carb?

sounds like the choke pull off is not working, it is also referred to as the unloader, prolly couple more names for it too

try a search on 2150 im not sure if its bob barry, or don s or -joe or someone else but there is someone here that is very well versed in the lore of 2150, going on your description i would do the choke pull off
