need help

anyone within reasonable distance from wilmington, de 19810 that would be will to help me mess around with my 79 chero? i have had it for a couple years and it runs and is inspected but i have never quite been able to get it to run great. and every other time i park it i find a new problem haha. but anyway just wanted to see who is around and willing to lend some advice. i can bring plenty of beer or $$ for your help. let me know, thanks.
