Hey, all...
(First off, apologies for duplicating -- I think I'll post this in both Tech and General, in case some only read one or the other...)
Just wanted to post a nice, positive, "Thanks!" to everyone who takes the time to reply to questions, post their wisdom, etc...
I just finished swapping in a used 360 in the Canyonero!, and I couldn't have done it without all the knowledge I've picked up on this board.
Further, specific help from a couple of the members was MUCH appreciated... particularly Crazy_Jeepman, for coming through with a replacement bolt I'm sure would never have been able to find. Thanks!
I've learned lots here, and will continue to... but one particular piece of information sums up the value of this board -- the replacement engine I got had been mated to a TH400.... I am SURE I would have bolted 'er up to my TF727 and promptly destroyed my near-newly-rebuilt tranny... if I hadn't known about The Bushing -- from reading this site!
That info, alone, saved me the $1700 I put into the tranny work. (coughsputter, I know, but this is San Francisco... and at the time, I was desperate... and employed.... : ( ).

Now, on to other repairs / projects... ; )
