May 20 Thread Revival

We will be doing some wrenching on Phoebe this next Saturday at Casey's shop. Details of what will be done are still shaking out. Door seals will be installed for sure. :cool: :cool:

From what I can tell, the outer beauty will be pretty much done. Follow this thread for more details this coming week. I will get some directions to Casey's shop posted ASAP.

Krista and I are trying to get a plan going that will make it possible for us to come to Tucson on Memorial Day weekend, make final preparations and drive her home Sunday or Monday. We need to put some miles on her down there to be sure she is road worthy before we drive.

Casey and Bob are looking at shooting paint at the base hobby shop. After that there will be some work to get her ready to drive. We are thinking there would be a need for a few folks down there to come together and have WOT. No dates set yet.

Then plan a light WOT to do the final touches like on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. There will probably be some drinking that night.

This thread is to help organize this effort with all folks who can help.

I finish on the 24th (Thursday) but also only have half days on 22, 23, 24.

The shop is on Dodge Blvd near Dodge and E 44th Street. If I remember right, it is easier to get on Dodge from Ajo Way. It is in an industrial area. RD Automotive is the name. The address is 3476 South Dodge Blvd. We are starting at 9AM. Looks like it will be in the mid 90s.
