I have a electric tailgate window and I want to keep it electric and not convert it to manual.
It seems like the motor is tired and have not enough power to lift the window all the way up and I need friend to help me lift the window every time I want to close it.
I`m thinking of take the motor off rebuilt it and turn it back .
What other thing I need to do for help the motor.

The motor may not be tired so much as the gears and runners can be gummed up with years of dirt and old grease. Try cleaning everything up really well and re-greaseing it before replacing the motor if you have not already done this. If the motor is dead, check all the wiring and switches before replacing it.

Gwamp is right. You can take it out and clean it,regrease it and it should help it alot. There are also felt sleeves for it to ride in inside the gate that you can spray with something to help it. I noticed with mine on my cherokee that if it wasnt lined up perfectly in the channels then it wont go up right.

The thing that slowed mine down the most was the rubber channel inside the tailgate that the window slides into and out of was ripped and bunching up acting like a brake.
