I am trying to install a Jacobs Ultra Team on my 89 GW. I have installed the computer on the engine runs great, with one exception. It won't turn off with the ignition key. I researched the Tech files and found that McAdams indicated a similar problem with his installation in his Tech write up. How do I solve this? I want to run this system. I have called the Jacobs tech support but all they said was to install either a 30 amp relay or a 1 amp, 100 volt diode but they didn't say where. Your help would be greatly appreciated as electronics are not one of my strong suits.
