I need to remove the chrome trim that hides where the roof and body panels join and form the rain gutter. It appears that it can be pried off, but I want to make sure for I will reinstall it after painting and reapplying seam sealer.

I want to take off the rear-most side window chrome trim. The top sections have a single rivet towards the front. If I drill this out, will the rest pretty much be simple. I am guessing that clips are used similar to those on the rear that surround the tailgate window.

Actually, it just pulls right off, sliding it along the length of the rain gutter.

Jeff Kennedy advised me that the older models (he didn't specify years) had stainless steel trim and will replace perfectly the plastic trim that came with my '88 GW (I'm talking rain gutter trim).
