broken valve spring

Finaly was able to pull a valve cover after the dollar bill and tail pipe test. Found a broken exhaust valve spring. Can I replace it with one from the pic-n-pull or do I need to replace them all with new so they are the same tension?

you can replace with used if you have a air compressor get the fittings from a parts store to hook the air hose to the spark hole and you can remove the spring on the motor and the valve wont fall into the cylinder

or you can do the rope trick. Also be sure to bring that cylinder to top dead center, so if the valve does fall, it doesnt fall far.

I've heard about the rope trick, didn't know of the air fittings though
