I have a three piece bumper that my brother scavenged up for me...great shape...would I need to modify the bumper brackets in order to fit this on my 79 Chero Chief W/T? If so, how would I go about doing this?

Is the bumper from a W/T Chero or Pickup??? Wags (NT's) and NT Chero's bumpers are too narrow for the front flares on your WT. I think the brackets are different also from the steel 3 piece to the aluminum one piece.

The 3-piece bumpers are drilled to fit N/T and W/T... I just fit my N/T Waggie bumper back to my Wag with W/T fenders on it....

I don't have the brackets that connect the bumper to the frame...could someone take a pcture of these, or let me know how they are fastened to the frame?

You would have to custom make a bracket. As a bracket ment for a older FSJ will not work. Unless you cut the end of the frame flush with the cross member. Which I wouldent do.

How much do you recon this would cost me to have done?

It only supports the bumper.
Sorry, but that front frame horn for the one pice bumpers and the stupid bracket for the rear one piece setups are about the most worthless things I have ever seen
