GM TBI Injector ID???

Picked up a TBI at the junkyard the other day that looked brand new (already have a TPIGUY system on my truck) just to keep it from going to waste, and the bores are the size of a 5.7L TBI, but it said 4.3 on the unit? There is NO visible difference between it and the one on my truck that is a 5.7L?

Anyone know where I can find out what the injectors are for and how many lb/hr???

4.3 and 5.7 use the same throttle body the only diff is the injectiors and the throttle cable hook up in the early years if you pull one of the injectors there is a number on the side and napa can tell you what they are for
