couple questions on body lift

I did a search and didn't find what I wanted.
I'm doing a 2" body lift and wanted to know what to do about the rubber body bushing above the rear axle. With the body lift on the bushing won't touch the axle. What do I do about this one? Also I remember seeing a chart with tire size to lift amount. Does any one have this? I lost it somewhere and can't find it.

I was aslo looking for that chart. i am hoping i can put my 3inch bodylift in this week.

I didn't do anything to it, if it is the one without a bolt through it? It's been that way for a year or two now and nothings gone wrong.
