I need some ideas fast, I am teaching a summer camp and I have about a 30 minute break before I have to get back. I need to get the jeep running so I can drive it home from the camp. Thanks

Last week I was driving the jeep and it went dead. I later found out(when I got home) that it had sunk a float. I changed the float and the plugs and it started right up. I have been driving it all this week. I get in it this morning and it would not crank, same symptoms as last week. I pulled the plugs and they were all black(flooded again ?). Could have I sunk another float or could I have it running to rich. I know it was running rich, but I did not expect this again. Is there any other thing that could cause this type of problem?

When I checked the plugs this morning, they were all black and the ones in the back were wet with gas...

Isounds like a spark issue to me....If the plugs are wet I would think it isn't getting any spark....

pull a plug wire and see if you get a shock off it....

check your wiring to the coil, ignition box,..etc..

Check the Choke not to be sticking in the closed position. However you say it is not Cranking over. Do you mean when you turn the key over the motor is not turning over, if so a bad selenoid could be the problem. :(
