Just what the ad says: the interior tire carrier from my '78 Cherokee. My rig has the Valley rear aux fuel tank, so they probably installed this back in '79 when the tank was added.
You've got to drill 4 holes to mount this. All hardware there (lug nuts are kicking around somewhere in my garage), but the tire cover stays with me (makes a perfect trailer winch cover).

Here's the stock spare as I bought the vehicle.

Here's with a 31x10.50R15 on an aftermarket wheel (4.75-inch backspacing as I recall).

And a couple of the carrier itself.
There's a piece of reinforcement angle iron that somebody hacked up that mounts on the inside of the upper mount 'cause the body eventually cracked. Then, I built an additional reinforcement for the upper (plate with rounded edges) to hide the crack in the body and stiffen it a bit more.
$50, which I think is fair since I've seen these going for $100 or so. Email me at christian.hazel@gmail.com for faster reply since I don't log on multiple times a day here and probably won't get your PM for a day or two.
