Oil seeping out around spark plug area?

I have a small amount of oil that seeps out, from what aapears to be the front spark plug area. Could this be a head gasket that is going bad? Or something else? Not really enough to even drip on the ground, just enough to spark my curiousity. Thanks, Dennis

Could be a seeping valve cover gasket, and running down the head into the sparkplug area.

I thought about that, but it never smokes or has a burning smell. I think it would have to cross my header to run that way. But maybe running between the gasket and the head. I know the header gasket is bad

Most likely the valve cover gasket they always leak and make a mess. They are a quick and easy job to replace and its amazing how much oil comes out of them.
