getting ready to order the products i need from por 15.i was going to order the black por 15 to paint right over the under carriage.looking thru the catalog they offer a metal ready and primer also.what do you guys suggest and guys that have done it already what did you use and how is it holding up?

Check out Kanter Auto Products (http://www.kanter.com). Their 'fuel tank repair kit' uses POR-15 as the sealer. They recommend using a metal prep prior to adding the POR-15.

I bought the kit for my Kawasaki but never used it. I used CRC putty instead. Its great for filling small holes, especially in gas tanks.
