What carb do I have?What rebuild kit to buy?

This will be my first rebuild so any suggestions would be great. Stock Carb for 88 GW 360.

2bbl motorcaft 2150. Just get a quality kit from one of the better parts stores in your area. When I checked last year, they were about $60. You can get a reman carb. for about $200 if your not up to the task.

Motorcraft 2150. Complete kits and seperate parts are available but unless you like tinkering and have a lot of time it might be better to just get a quality rebuilt unit.

Motorcarft 2150, model 5RHA2. Between the instuctions that come with the kit, the write up from Michael Baxter in the Tech Library of this site, ability to follow directions and a knack for neatness/cleanliness you'll do fine.

Yup, Motorcrap 2150. I'm not brave enough to rebuild anything except Lincoln Logs, and then I have to think about it.

Bought a new/rebuilt Holley 2 barrel from Auto Zone. Direct bolt in and couldn't be happier. Cost $188.95 and they allowed me $35.00 core charge on the old one.
