So i replaced the stater and now the jeep has no power going to anything? where should i start to look at?

Go over all your connections, Trace back to the source. See where your break is. I would start with fuseable links. If you messed with a ton of wiring they can become brittle over time and snap. You could have also simply forgot to re-connect something.

I just everything on the inside of the truck would not do anything like headlights won't come on nothing on the inside will work.

No, that has no control over the power.
Youve missed a connection or have blown a fuse etc. It's not going to be a component swap it's going to be wiring 101 chasing down a short or open.
Do yourself a favor and get a wiring diagram, read it. Read it again, and keep reading till it makes sense. Then pick a system that isnt working and trace it back. Pick another and trace it back etc etc.. You WILL find a common point where they are all getting power. Start there and work downstream and you will soon solve your issue. Take your time, be anal and you will be rewarded for your time and effort. Good luck.

Not trying to sound smart, but a lot of times its something simple that gets overlooked when a sudden major electrical problem like this pops up.

I am going to assume you are not big on electrical, so dont take offense if some of this sounds like I'm being a jerk. I'm not, I just dont know how much you know or have checked.

Start at the beginning.

Is the main ground cable good and getting a good connection?

Take a test light/multi/volt meter, what ever you got, connect positive to the battery + and scratch the neg lead on the A/C compressor, alt bracket, or some other upper portion of the motor/accessories just to make sure the battery is also getting a ground.

No power? = clean connections/replace the neg cable from battery to engine.
Got power= go to next step.

Try to get your ground on the inner fender or top of the radiator support or some other handy part of the BODY.

No power= crawl under and clean/replace the ground cable from the engine to frame.

Got power= next step.

Try the positive side of things. Hook your meter/lights ground to battery - . Try getting meters + from the far end of main positive cable where it connects to the solenoid.
You will not/should not get power on the far side of the solenoid unless the key is held in "start". Don't worry about that for now.

No power? = clean/replace that cable. Be sure to mark the other smaller wire/s on that post, and make sure they go BACK on there.

Got power= inspect the smaller wire/s on that post. Sometimes they corrode right next to the connector and that will kill the power. If so, trim back to good wire and splice in a new connector/wire. Solder the connection and cover with adhesive lined shrink wrap or at least normal shrink wrap. Dont just use electrical tape. It lets moisture in and you will be doing this over before too long.

Let us know what you come up with. This can be a long process.

I see you have a '76, so on the off chance I'll throw this out there. No idea how it would happen from replacing a starter mind you. Do the above checks first, but if you get as far as the inside..........

In the gauge cluster, the amp meter wires will kill pretty much EVERYTHING if they stop making contact. Ground your meter/light and see if you have power + at the back of the ammeter. There will be two fairly heavy wires going to it, one yellow one red, both should have power.
