I was wondering if anyone has done this lift yet. I want to put it on my "90 GW. I am wondering if I will have to change anything else besides the brakelines and pitman arm. It is between that and a 4" Skyjacker w/2" bodylift. I don't like bodylifts though. I want to run 33" Mud Terrains with no rubbing. What size wheel do I need? 15x8"? Also does anyone know a place to have the stock wheels widened? I love the stock look. Thanks guys.

Shocks will need to be changed too. Here is a good thread on what fits when -

One often overlooked advantage to using bodylift vs all suspension lift is you retain a lower center of gravity. Really depends on what you use the vehicle for. There is a place here in so cal that modifys rims but as I recall there are costly. When (if) I remember who I will post.

Do a search for the kit and read what I have written in the past. Nothing has changed, I still love the kit.

With the Rusty's 6" lift you will be able to run 33's with no problem. Definately get the brake lines and pitman arm, you really need both. Somewhere I've got some before and after pics with my 31's on it. BIG difference.

What about driveshaft angle? Have there been any problems there?

heck I had driveline angle problems with a skyjacker 4"..........I think it all depends on the specific vehicle..
I have a 4" lift and no body lift. I'm running 33x12.50 MT. I haven't had any rubbing, but I also have the tires mounted on aftermarket wheels. The stock rims rubbed. The only issue with the lift is the thing rides like a tank.
