My buddy (Jeepmeman) is planning on taking a run on Saturday, October 29th to Sunflower mine. He says it's a trail where some body damage is expected, so body armor is a must if you want to keep that pristine quarter panel. Also a locker and 31"s with a six inch lift will do.

We're still coming up with a start time.

JUst ran it 3 weeks ago in my CJ5. Corey you will get more body damage. And you guys may need someone with a winch. It's a fun trail but very rocky. I'd be interested in taking my CJ5 (I wouldn't do that to my J10) with you guys.

I told corey he will have damage on this trail. There is one section you can't bypass that is a for-sure damage area for any low rigs. (You will need a 6 inch lift, rear locker, skills, and even 31s are pushing it) Corey and I should figure out some protection by then. We will make our own for his rig. If not just roll in my rig. Something a bit more up for it. ;) Corey knows the drill, my rig needs no winch help. I have a farm jack and chains for any Jeeps that need help..lol

I'm an advocate of "If the trail is too hard for my Jeep, then don't take it on said trail."

You can throw all the money you have into that Ford to make it more "capable." But you can't fix ugly.

I have not put big money in this rig. Just bought lockers and MADE everything else myself. No buying low quality bumpers and sliders from your local dealer. lol After all this is a friendly get together. Just trying to get some wheelers out for a good trail.

Got my stuff ready to head out onto the trail tomorrow morning. Going to be wheeling with some other Jeeps, Broncos, and a Chevy or two.

good luck guys! Once I get my new springs I will join in for somethign like this. Right now my front springs probably would just finally snap....

Patience is key. Keep the rubber side down.
