Hey all I'm gonna be in Portland on the 29-30th after I finish up some some stuff at osu in Corvallis, I've got some parts listed for sale I can bring with me if anyone's interested, I'm also gonna drive the j10 so if anyone maybe wants to meet up and compare and talk jeeps let me know.

I understand, Ive been saving do this trip for a while, so I could go to corvallis to register my classes for next month. I'm gonna major in mech. engineering so there's gonna be lots of studying.:thumbsup:

No worries I ended up being really busy with stuff at OSU, I'm moving to Corvallis in a few weeks for that but I won't be taking the j10 just yet.parking permits for the school are expensive and the truck is just not a good road trip rig as my dad and I found out last week. But it didnt break down which was a plus:thumbsup:

Yeah I started class in september. The j10 is in bend with my dad until winter break. The truck needs front wheel bearings so I will need to replace them before I bring it here. I miss it so much!!!

Yeah gas mileage in town is pretty bad for me because I have a little too much fun:thumbsup: But once on the highway I wise up and can actually squeeze about 13-15mpg out of it.

I filled up before driving from Cove to Pendleton, and come to find out it got almost 17 MPG going over Cabbage hill! I was suprised! I would like to meet some of you guys some day and check out the other Jeeps around.

17 mpg would be awesome..lol.. i think my best right now is about 12

Yeah an Oregon meet and greet would be cool, I'm bringing the truck to Corvallis with me so I can play in the mud, I'm not sure where and when to do a meet. Maybe central Oregon, there's lots of places to go wheelin and there's usually a little snow or mud around.

Yeah I'll try and come up with a weekend or something. I definitely want to get the front wheel bearings and axle seal replaced, so I can go wheelin again.
