As many of you know, I am moving to Amarillo TX. I leave on Sunday (that's the current plan). I will be driving along I84 through Idaho, South into Utah until Spanish Fork, Then cut south east through Moab and on to Durango (a brewery or two there I want to visit). After that I will be heading down into Albuquerque, NM where I will stay a night (have a childhood friend that lives there). Then I will make the I40 trek the rest of the way to my destination.
If there is anyone along the way that might want to meet up, drop me a message. I am also hoping to find a driveway or two that I might be able to crash in for the night. I don't need a couch or anything more than that. I am comfortable in my jeep. I just don't feel safe sleeping in parking lots, rest stops and truck stops, though they might be my only options.
I will respond to messages with an idea of when I should be through your area.
