Fiberglass Fender Install?????

Just bought a fiberglass fender from Z&M jeeps in ohio. Anybody ever try to mount one of these? I tried to wrestle with it and can't even get it close, showed it to my body guy, and he said send it back. The panel isn't flat to begin with and where the fender meets the liner there is no place on top to mount the liner to, I don't know if I'm suppose to try to peel the mount off the old fender and try to glass it into the newpanel or pop rivet it or what????

I dunno, kinda frustrated with it now, if anybody"s had any luck with these let me know.:banghead:

Thanks J, did you just replace a flare, I'm talkin right front fender.
