Heater blower motor feels like it is on low at all speeds. A/C motor blows like crazy though. Do I need a heater fan switch or a new blower motor? What little air is coming out feels hot.

you have a hole in one of the vacume diaphrmas that controll the heat path ... ie floor/windshild.

If it changes speeds but turns slowly in all ranges, the motor is worn out. You could check your voltage at the motor on high. If it is not 12v then you have another problem.

right on the heaterbox under the hood there will be wires going into a plug. On each side of the plug there is a screw, remove both screws and that will be the blower motor resister. That most likely will be the problem.

When the blower resistor goes bad you will only have high.

Try tapping "agressively" on the blower motor case with a metal wrench etc.. (works great for me) ;)

As stated it could be the resistor block or lousy connections on the block. Check the connections and clean/replace as required. Remove the positive connector going to the motor and jumper it to the battery 12v positive and see if the motor spins fast and smooth. If not then the motor is on it's way out.
If it's just running slow and not making bearing noises try taking a piece of wood and a hammer and tap around the case of the motor. This will free up any loose carbon from the brushes and give the motor a little more life.
