I sold an oil pan and pickup tube to a board member and I can't figure out how to get the dang thing out!

Its screwed in there. A rubber mallet or even a pair of well placed vice grips works well. Just have to unscrew it, that's al there is to it, careful not to bend it while you are doing that!
