Rubbing noise?

My truck has started making a rubbing noise when I turn the steering wheel to the right at low speeds. It does not rub when I turn left or if I turn the wheels when the car is not in motion. I have had a squeaky steering wheel for awhile, but this new noise seems to be coming from under the truck. Any suggestions will be very much appreciated. Thankyou guys.

It might have something to do w/the transfer case. Is it in 2wd or 4wd when this happens?

Turn the wheel to the right, turn off the engine and block the wheels. Peek under both wheelwells to see what the edges of the tires are near. You will probably see a shiny spot on a part or something hanging down hitting the tire. If its the lip of the wheelwell, it can be pushed out slightly.
