I'm guessing everyone's tired of hearing about my horn. Well, here's one last question. The little spring and rod that go into the round plastic tube is missing. This piece connects the brass contact ring at the bottom of the tube with the + plate at the horn. When the horn is pressed, the foam pads compress and the + plate contacts the grounded plate, completing the circuit. The current runs through the brass button, through the round brass contact ring on the plastic disk w/ tube, through the plastic tube, through part X, to the + plate, to the ground and...honk! Right now, nothing connects the + plate to the brass contact ring. What type of replacement is in order here? Spring? Brass Rod? Copper Rod? What was there before? Thanks!
