My speedo cable makes a lot of noise now that it is colder out. After a while it quites down but at first it whines. Can I lube it or should I just replace it?
I've been seeing a nice GW just around the corner from me lately. It's white with 31's on it, looks very clean. Anyone here live near 56th Street and Thunderbird in Phx?

You can also put graphite in the end that hooks to the speedo & it will work its way down the length of the cable. Worked good for me.

Liquid graphite will fix you right up. Firechero, you may have an issue inside your speedo housing. Mine used to work fine until 35 mph and then it would bounce all over the gauge. Turns out that the spinner magnet inside the housing was rubbing. Had to replace entire speedo.
