After looking all over creation and finally finding (12) 1/4" well nuts and stainless steel screws (total about $30 when I could have ordered them from BJ's for $25), I managed to lose 3-4 of them down between the roof and the headliner! DOH. Cutting the gaskets as we speak. Maybe I should stop and cut my losses before I cut my finger. haha

Do you have any other reason to remove that half of the headliner to make it worth your effort? Like to stop the rattling wires up there. Inspect/repair rust if the screws leaked previously?
