I have a 84 gw with the 258 inline6. Tomorrow I'm planning on doing the tfi upgrade,(which i have no doubt is going to be a big improvement),but was also going to try the the "nutter" bypass, eliminating my ECM. Has anyone tried this? Just to add, my gw is running poorly and I have already had a shop replace the carb with a rebuilt, but it has not improved at all.
