NW meet and greet run... R U ready....

Last year there was 2... We had a great time and explored our butts off... Who will show this next run is the question... We are to run the same path, camp at the same spot and see the same sights if your rig is winter ready and you are game to play...

More to come, and looking in May to have a run... Get it togather for a 1-2 night event, no excuses this time... we will be deep in the Cascades but we also wil be togather so no one is left behind... This is NOT a event that will break your rig...

Okay, my GW is ready. Replaced the timing chain, oil pan gasket, rear main seal, timing cover, oil pump, flowkooler water pump, new fuel pump, and fixed all the gauges in the dash. I'm ready to run!!!
Do we have an exact date yet?
Looks like I might be loosing my job now too, so that's the only thing that might screw this up for me. Keeping my fingers crossed.

TooRisky, is there a NW meet-n-greet this year? I see that you are selling your rig due to health. I hope you doing well, that's a nice lookin' rig you have, but I'm working on a Trade with my '91 GW for an '82 Cherokee Chief. 1Jeep4me is wants to trade his Jenny for an GW, so I bit. So should have that for my ride to the meet-n-great. If we can get a date early enough, people can work their schedules at work to get off and GO! I'd love to go, an maybe get a convoy from the East side of the state to meet our Jeep mates from the west. :thumbsup:

I wonder know how TooRisky is doin. He's got me worried with his mentioning of his health being bad and now we haven't heard from him at all.

I think what I'm going to do is go through the archives and see if I can't map out the route that they went on last year.
We should plan on some time early summer for hopefully better weather for camping. I know last year everyone met up at the Safeway parking lot right off HWY 410 in Enumclaw. From there we will head east on 410 to FS-73. On from there, well I need to map it out or get TooRisky or Wayne to help since they went last year.

Any votes on a good date? I need a few months notice to let my boss know. I'm good for middle June. July is gunna be tuff for me. August would be probably be okay.
