Buzzing Headlight switch

My headlight switch buzzes. Not when just on parking lights, only when headlights on.

I have Hella H4 lights, but I have the Painless wiring relay setup, so there shouldnt be barely any amperage going through the switch.

Any thoughs on why? Is this a sign of a headlight switch going bad, or may there be another underlying problem? I know the wiring is right for the headlights, and they are getting tons of power cause there super bright!

I just dont want my switch to go out while driving down the freeway, or melt or something... smile.gif
