Does anyone out here use one of the pre lubrication devices currently available?
What is the ballpark price?
Do they operate as advertised?

Here's some reading for you....I personally will be going to an air-driven fluid pump as I have onboard air. Hope to have it done in the springtime..............phil

Prelubers are a little pricy last time I looked. Moroso makes a tank that is charged via oil pressure while the motor is running. Using it and rigging a cable to operate it from the cab achieves about the same effect for less $.

One thing I like about the idea of a pre-luber is that you can turn it on (or have it come on automatically with low oil pressure) for steep down hills. Our oil pressure light comes on and stays on since all the oil goes to the front of the motor and the AMC is a rear-sump setup. A pressure-can would help but how long do you think it'd keep the pressure up???

go to a dry sump setup, no worries on going dry, setup a dual electric/mechanical
drive on the pump and viola a setup that will run upside down if need for as long
as you want, and be able to pre lube.
