That looks great! :D I've just about got myself talked into the Rusty's kit~ just a little leery of some of the past problems posted earlier in the year. It does seem that Rusty has gotten everything together though. I guess I will find out.

Can you take underside pictures, shocks, tapered rear, front springs area, brake line area?

Also, how does it ride??? I had a superlift and that thing didn't flex ONE bit. I'm leary of big lifts now because of my bad experience with non-giving springs, but I have been told Rusty's kits ride like Skyjacker Softrides.

Looks good, do you have any rubbing with the 33s when flexing?

I will take some underside pictures tonight. The ride was a little stiff at first but is has been getting softer every day since the install. The back softened up sooner because I pulled my boat to the lake and the weight on the back end helped. I want to get it on the trails hopefully this weekend to check the flex and trail ride. Since I have not had it on the trail I don't know if the 33's will rub or not. They don't even come close to rubbing on street driving. I should be able to give a full report soon!!! :D

I have also installed Rusty's 6" lift and I love it. I don't have any pictures to show anyone yet, but I will soon.

I went from the Trailmaster 4" with 35's to the Rusty's 6" with 35's on my Cherokee and I think that I could run a 37 if I really wanted to.

Like Brad said it is getting softer by the day, but the nice thing about that is it hasn't sagged but 1/2 inch. I haven't taken it out to flex it up yet, but I'll let you know.

And Todd (RiverBeast) you are as sick as I am. When I installed the lift I was happy because when this Cherokee stops becoming my daily driver I was going to SPOA it!

Brad, are you going to be at TypeO's in Sept? I'd like to see that, in person! Can you show me what it would look like on a 79 WT? ;)

I will try and make it. I too would like to compare notes on other rigs and get to put some faces with the names.

Looks good! How does it drive/ride? Any side swaying, rubbing? Stability still there?

Very, Very nice!

I noticed that Rusty's web site doesn't have the kit on their website.. I assume you can call them up and order it directly?

What as the cost on this one.. i remember it is front 6in leafs, rear 4in leafs with 2in blocks, what else does it come with? drop pitman arm, break lines, shocks?

They need to get some FSJ pics on there site.. This would be a good example for the 6in kit.

The kit is 699 plus shipping. It includes all four new springs, new shocks, new u-bolts, new stainless steel brack lines, and a block for the rear. I am suppost to be taking some pictures for him so he can put it on his site. If you have any other questions let me know.

I would like to hear about the brake line installation. tips, tricks, etc..

Do you have track bar hooked up?

No I don't have a pitman arm. He did not like the arms that are available from other manufacturers so he did not include one. He is currently working on his own casting to his design in hopes to improve the performance. I really have not noticed the bumpsteer that bad. I have a little on huge bumps but not enough to cause major havoc. The brakelines were pretty straight forward. The rear is a must but the front ones I have not installed yet because the factory are long enough. I will swap them out soon though just because I paid for them I might as well use them.

He's got the arms, now. New price is $739, complete.

6" front springs, 4" rear with 2" blocks, everything else that was mentioned, new drop arm.

I've got an idea to fight spring wrap, and will discuss it with the folks that show up at TypeO's, and get some educated opinions.

I did not have any problems on the back drive shaft, but the front I am adding some shims to stop some slight vibrations. Other than that every thing is all good.
