In my search for new doors and a tailgate, I decided to hit a few of the local yards. Here is what I found on 11/23/10
Orange County, CA
Pick Your Part - Anaheim:
No FSJs in the yard as of 11-23-10
Pick Your Part-Stanton:
80's Honcho Stepside. Pretty beat up in the front, but bed look above average and tailgate was in great shape.
80's Wagoneer with Inline 6 engine. Decent shape, but interior was soaking wet from rain.
Los Angeles County, CA
Pick-A-Part - Monrovia
70's Wagoneer (N) code but had a 4 barrell intake. No tailgate, rusted passanger door. Decent boobie grille
U-Pick U-Pull - Pomona
83 Wagoneer with a nice set of doors and tailogate. Tan interior was one of the better sets I have ever seen at a yard.
Most of these places are having 50% off over the thanksgiving holiday weekend. Hope this helps someone out. If you have any questions, let me know. These rigs didn't have what I was looking for so I did get too into checking them out. No need to crawl in the oil and mud to look under them when I am looking for doors.
