Not sure if anyone's done business with Ryan before, but I wanted to throw some praise his way.

I ordered some axle seals from him. Don't expect an online order checkout, but a quick call and it's done. His prices were about half what the local autozone and kragen were charging.
There was a slight mixup on one of the seals sent (different size for my earlier FSJ). He found the one needed and sent it out free of charge. That's customer service! Impressed as heck here.
Good guy and awesome to do business with him. He's not fulltime FSJ, but loves all things Jeep. :fsj:
One note: if you email him, he'll respond in all caps. Some internet people will say this is a sign of someone yelling at you.. just get over it and have a pleasant sales experience. :-)
