I'm headed up to Camp Lejeune for a little 7 week course about 5th of January. I should be running over to meet halftrac and tanker to get some parts for the NP435/205 swap. I'll be hanging out and doing a whole lot of nothin'...hopefully I don't get too bored or I'll end up installing the trans in the parking lot of the barracks!!

We have a club member stationed at Lejeune. I'll give him a heads up.

You do know Jake's is on the other side of the state? Drive west until you hear the banjos. :D

Yeah, but it'll give me an excuse to hit up Uwharrie on the way if it's open. I'll most likely pull the waggy behind a friends Dodge Ram.

URE doesn't open until April. Sorry.

I told arouser about your plans. He's in the office today, but will check in here. He has a nice little home shop in Sneeds Ferry just south of J'ville.

Perhaps we can get a run together if your wag is up for it...

Hey man I'm gonna be going to the Career Course as a SSgt Select (which will be fun...) if everything works out. I think I'll be in the barracks on Geiger again unless they decide to send me up to Quantico (hope not). I have a buddy that was down in Stone Bay as a MARSOC instructor as of last summer. Sgt Nate Slogenhoup (spelling?)ring a bell? He's a SS. I'd like to hook up with you for sure.

If all works out and I end up coming the J-ville I'll be pulling my wag behind another guys Ram with a tow bar. There's a couple little things to sort out on the Waggy before I put any torque on it in 4Lo, but I'd be happy to go play on the weekends.

Hey guys- I am in Knoxville, TN and have a line on a FSJ in the Camp LeJeune/ Jacksonsville, NC area. Would anyone mind eyeballing it for me? I would be glad to compensate you for your time. Thanks!

We don't have the busiest forum around, however, one of our members is stationed in J'ville and he hails from Knoxville. We actually have two members in J'ville. Worth a try...
