I failed emissisions due to the absence of the charcoal can. Surprise.
A garage told me they'd install one and charge 275.00. I told them to kiss my *** .
So a friend tore one out of his Wagoneer for a loaner.
I located a nipple under the breather, and the end of the fuel line was capped off. Wa-la. Got both hoses covered coming out of the can.
Now I have to find a place to creatively mount the can, then I pass emissions and live happily ever after.
Is this the right course of action?
