327 engine swap

I am just about to swap a poor running 327 out of my 68 j-200 and replace it with a good running
327 out of a 66 j-200. My 68 has the th400 auto and the 66 has the t-15 three on the tree manual.
Is there anything special that I need to do to the good 327 out of the 66 before I mate it up with the th400 in the 68? I appreciate any help.

Make sure the pilot bushings are the same and use the flexplate from the auto. That's about all I can think of...
