right hand or left hand wheel studs?

Does it really matter whether the drivers side wheel studs are left hand threads rather than right handed threads? I have a dana 70 axle that has the left hand threads on one side and I would rather replace them with normal right hand thread studs. Will I have any real problems if I do this?

I dont think it would make a hoot or a holler if they are left or right hand threads. Afterall the wheel dont even know its a wheel.
