View Full Version : Any satin black photos?
Wondering if there were any photos of satin black paint jobs on a FSJ. I was thinking about doing one with pinstripes however I don't know how that would play with all the chrome.

I used Rustoleum rattle can Satin black on the cab of my Junkyard Dog.
Looked fine when I did it, then I wheeled it a few imes. Still looks good even under the Pine Barrens Goo.

It was always scuffing and touch-up time, but it made it all very easy.

I just posted this up on another thread. Not mine. It's an authentic Rhino too.

I would leave them chrome. To really pull off satin you need contrast.
I really diggin the satin black.

That's a Chevy bed, but it still looks good. Those beds are hard to find too. I have a friend with a 68 Chevy that's been looking for a good stepside bed for a long time.
