Looks comparable tp por-15 but they claim you only need one coat.
Price List :
16 oz = $21.90 + $9.00 (s & h) = $30.90, covers 200 sq.ft. on bare metal surface
1 gal = $77.00 + $12.80 (s & h) = $89.80, covers 1600 sq.ft. on bare metal surface

Check this stuff out:
Chasis Saver (http://www.magnetpaints.com/underbody.asp)
They sell this at my local parts store and have small metal plates coated with the stuff. It dries to a very hard coating way tougher than POR-15 in my opinion. The guy there let me take a hammer to the sample and you couldn't chip it off the metal plate. Runs $80 a gallon plus reducer but he said a gallon will do way more than my frame.

j4grand-chassis saver is the way to go,I bought 1 gallon and used it on my wag to do the floor before carpet gets put down, also the insides of the rear quarter panels and the engine compartment. It dries very smooth even with a brush and is hard as a rock when dry. The one main watch out is after about 3 times of taking the lid off I had to use a 2' pry bar to get the lid off of the can again. Future use is to do the frame along with the rest of the underneath of the wag along with the fuel tank.

You should use a length of plastic wrap and put between the can and the lid...makes it a whole lot easier to come off.

Another old trick is to use a standard screwdriver to make holes inside the lip of the can so any excess runs down into the can. Learned that working in a body shop in HS. It's amazing the stuff you remember after 20 years
