Emailing BJs

Can someone tell me how long BJs usually take to respond to an email please?

I haven't had a reply from them and wouldn't be at all suprised if their server is blocking me because I'm mailing from Africa and they think I'm spamming.

Sometimes it can take a while, but you might be right about the spam filter blocking you.

They have a pretty aggressive spam filter. I have trouble e-mailing them.
