Have you checked Hedman Headers? Chrome was an option when i was gonna get some for mine. It was at Advance Auto Parts.

i know doug thorley makes headers for the fsj i donno if theyre stainless steel...

Thorleys aren't SS. Why would you want SS? The constant hot cold hot makes SS brittle. If you wanted SS then you were planning to spend big bucks for headers. My suggestion go with the Thorleys. The FSJ Thorley is about $480. They have a web site, go there and find a dealer near you. Another option is get the cheap Hedman or Hookers and spend another $180 to get them Jet coated.

Headers are cool, but don't the stock exhaust manifolds flow just about as well as aftermarket.
That is the story that I have heard, over and over.
Thorleys are trick...
