OK this past year I've put 2 new flywheel rings on, and several starters....then I got advised to use bolts with shoulders for the starter.....problem solved.....until about a month ago.....starter/flywheel began making the same awfull grinding noise....today at lunch I took the starter off, and the gear was just fine...so I thought it must be the flywheel again...so I looked at it, and it looked just as good as the day I put it on. When Iturn the key in the ignition, I have to turn it all the way until it stops, then it kicks in and engages the starter......Does anyone know what may be causing the grinding? could it be the ignition ? I'm exsaperated on this one.HELP!
