Maiden Voyage!!!!

Well for the last month or so i have been changing gasket and seals on the cherokee. found a new tailgate and mounted it. (What a pain in the Great Googley MoogleyGreat Googley MoogleyGreat Googley MoogleyGreat Googley MoogleyGreat Googley Moogley) still have you rework the latches and put glass in though.

Well the report

This thing moves on 35" rubber to boot, she will sqauk the tires. she drives real nice turn so sharp it is crazy:eek: . rides not to bad.

What i have learned

1. I have to replace the exhaust manifold gaskets:p
2> need better intake and carb
3. I am on a quest to find a better body to fix and put on this chassis
4. need idelr arm

Other than that it will be a long process of making this thing nice but i loved driving it and will continue to due so, one of the better jeeps i have ever purchased for sure.

Oh and as a bonus tommorow i will be getting my new to me work truck a 2008 peterbilt tridrive 50 ton wrecker!:drivin:

Yup shes a pretty sweet rig, good in the ditch insane winch poer and lots of reach. And really is quite cheap to hire out, rates start at $150.00hr for some reason Edmonton canada has cheap rates compared to the rest of the country, about six hors away a lesser rig won't go down the road for less than 220.00hr. But i cannot complain at least im busy.

But I sure love driving my jeep at the end of the day though, or first thing in the morning or middle of night whenever i get called out. thtas the life of being oncal 24/7

Oh and our company has 2 new twin rotators too!!!

And for a joke we took another tow companies medium duty tow truck that our shop fixwd and placed it on top of a snow pile after the parking lot was plowed, that was good for a few laughs
