Before the flood I had A ford tarus fan:banghead: I remember It was thin. Anybody have the #s on the fan on hand??

It has to be trimmed about an inch and then placed off center on the radiator so it doesnt hit the water pump, at least on mine anyways. Factory radiator btw.

I had to trim mine to get it to work. My fan is deathly close to the water pump but has somehow managed to survive.

It makes a very odd and scary noise when they do hit...LOL. Only happened once though.

i would wire it with a disable switch though... i melted a relay one day driving into the wind because if the fan is spinning faster than the voltage running it then it can really heat things up... and if you go through water then it's nice to turn it off so it doesn't tear itself up...

oh I'm quite aware. I've already chewed the back of mine out once. the latest is the one that's surviving somehow :D

This is what im going to rewire my fan with in a month or so. The 2sp kit that is. Low turns on first, then high at 10 deg higher if needed. Pretty sweet setup.
