How long?

How long does it take to get a Order from BJ's? I placed one via the internet and was just wondering about how long it takes to receive.

they've always been pretty quick for anything I've ordered...not everyone here would say the same but I have absolutely no complaints...

it took my order quite while, I ordered a pair of rockers. ( roughly 20 days ) They did however arrive perfect and undamaged. So a little longer was fine with me.

Shipping has always been pretty quick.

Bingo! If you order something that is out of stock, there will be a wait for the distributor to catch up. Things like lift springs, custom bumpers, low-demand items... they can take a tad longer sometimes. At the same time, when they can submit the order right away to the distributor, everything goes like clockwork.

I've found that calling ahead to check availability is a pretty good idea if I'm placing an important order.

When I bought the exhaust gasket, I chose to have them ship with UPS 3 Day SELECT. And after 3 days I got them :D

I use to have very good luck with them...but my last 2 orders were a disaster....really a mess when one of the non local Partners at BJ's got involved. Pay close attention to your order and you will need to call and follow-up with Matt or Brent ONLY....

However if Matt or Brent do not respond...as they did not in my case...you will have just have to dig a little deeper and find what you need elseware.....

I've always had a great experience with BJ's. Depends also on if they have your item in stock. And... not everything they sell comes directly from them. Some of their stuff comes from the manufacturer.

I've placed a couple orders with them in the last few weeks. Got everything promptly, no problems whatsoever.

The one item they didn't have in stock at the time (TSM) they informed me and then shipped it right out as soon as they got the stock in.
