Has anyone got the 80/20 old school loop carpet from an aftermarket source.. i have seen some good deals on it but i just wanna know if it is tuff stuff..mine is ratty and filthy...the next question is does anybody know where to get the cloth material in the middle section on old jeep bench seats. my front seat is getting rough on the '70.. the vinyl part is good but not the cloth. my mom does some mean sewing and i think i wanna swap in some new material. thanks

I dunno squat from 'carpet quality' or loop shag/pile/berber etc but ACC(auto custom carpets) makes rugs for FSJ's. I bought a rug for an 84 Ford pickup from them and it fit well and it still looks good 6 years later.

I'm gonna do that roll on liner in mine so my mud caked carpet is coming out for something I can hose off.

1A Automotive restoration in Mass has good stuff. I bought a set for my 89 Gw and its good quality. Bought the insulation from JC Whitney. The number for 1a is 888-844-3393. Give them a call tell them what year make model and color. Ask them to send a few samples so you can get a good match. I didn't ask for samples and they sent the whole set which was a different color than my interior. They took back the wrong set, sent me some samples and shipped a new set no questions asked. They are good to work with and have a quality product.
